How Do I Get Started?
The easiest way to get started is to sign
Event Calendar account. Check to see if your venue is already in
our system. You can search for the venue
by clicking on the ‘Venue’ tab and entering the name
of the venue in the search box. If your venue is in the system,
you can begin entering your events. Click on the ‘Create
an Event at this Venue’ link in the Tools section.
If not, enter your venue on the Create
Venue page. Once your venue is set up, you can begin entering your

Editors at The Mercury News choose a subset of events from the
online event listings for publication in the print version of the
newspaper. To be considered for inclusion, your event must be submitted
at least three weeks before the event date. Limited space prevents
us from including all the submissions we receive.
